Unfortunately, the noise issue I brought the vehicle in for was not resolved. I will try another dealership closer to my home and if they can’t fix the problem, I will trade the vehicle in and try another brand. Courtesy and professionalism of staff was fine. I just feel that I shouldn’t have to put up with an annoying click/creak after paying $35,000.00 for this certified vehicle.

Michael was very professional. Even though I was disappointed with Honda and was pushing back on their unwillingness to repair my vehicle before a recall was sent out, Michael had the skills to keep the conversation positive and professional.
