I came an hour early to my appointment. 1:00pm. A simple Windowshield install. Asked to try a get in early if possible. Asked to be told if you couldn’t get me in and done before 2:00. I had to leave. My bad. My only complaint... I know you're busy, but I just purchased a 40000 auto from you days earlier. My plans changed sadly, quickly, but the Windows shields are a 30-45min install. Don't make we wait 1hr before tellung me the tech did not even start. Back this friday.

First my tires were not on the quote. Then I never received call when work was complete. When i came to pick it up the next day the battery was dead because someone left the dome lights on. When zi dropped the vehicle off Tuesday everyone looked like it was a surprise even though i made the meeting Friday. However the actual service on tires and oil change seems terrific.

1-1/2 hours for a simple oil change is unacceptable. The excuse was you were short staffed. Not happy and most likely won’t be back
