Matthew was great. Very polite and thorough. I have no issues with him. My complaint is with the techs ... this is the 2nd time my tire pressure hasn't been checked. The dealerships I bring my other vehicles to always check the tire pressure as part of their inspection. I asked Matthew if they did because I knew my tires needed air taken out of them. He assured me the techs checked the tire pressure and they would all be at 35psi. I checked on my way home and my tires were all different ranging 38 to 45 psi. I would have turned back around if I didn't live almost an hour away.

When my car service was completed l was called on a phone was an area code of 866 l won't answer phones out of the local area. Too much trickery out there. I could have been out of there 20 Minutes earlier if he used a 763 area code phone
