My vehicle was finished far earlier than I had expected. Matthew said they could add on a service that the scheduling department yesterday told me they would not be able to do, and made an appt two weeks out for it. Because of the distance I am from this dealership, Matthew said it would be no problem to take care of it today. And he that he would try to get me out as soon as possible because I would be waiting for my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of this appointment- and it being my very first since purchasing my vehicle less than 6 months ago. Thank you!
