After an oil change a splash guard under my vehicle came loose on the highway resulting in cracked and bent parts under my vehicle. This caused extreme stress since the parts came loose on highway 610, and we had to make emergency arrangements to have a family member pick up our grandson while we went back to your dealership.

I got the service I asked for, however, my left reverse light was out so the replaced it. Since they’ve replaced that, the left turn light in the back is now out. It was out when I got my car back. It is just a bit frustrating to get something fixed and then have another thing pop that you have to go back in and fix. Mikey is very helpful, very kind, and always breaks things down for me in a way I can understand and always gives me the best way to work forward. I enjoy working with him. No complaints about him!
