Matt was amazing, explained everything that was going on even in a stressful situation. He was able to look further into my warranty and able to figure out what was covered. Matt was very great to work with and was up front with all costs and assessments. Cannot recommend him enough!

Everything was great but did not receive the android 14 update only partial update and doesn’t appear that they did did the interior reapply of auto Butler which I assumed was part of it Thanks

Mikey was good. The vehicle had more electronic problems and has a long history of electronic system failures. No financial help from Honda. I’m sure this will be my wife’s first and last Honda. She is very disappointed in the reliability of her vehicle.
