The passenger side of windshield has a blurred chemical across the glass I trued everything I could to remove It appears to be dried on Need help repairing as it’s fleeting vision to drive I live 2.5 hours from the shop can not return to shop to correct the problem Want to hire a local detail company to fix but need to confirm whom is paying ? I believe a water repellent was put on windshield as water will bead up on driver’s side however passenger side is just a blurry up and down mess of something

Very rude customer service, did not update me that my car was ready till 30 min before they closed and I had to rush over. Lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and disrespectful.

I am, as usual, very pleased by the quality of service. I am especially grateful that the dealership is willing to transport me home while my vehicle is in the shop and then pick me up when it is completed. That service alone makes such a huge difference in my life. I can't thank them enough.
