The appointment was seamless. Service writer Blong was friendly and professional. He fully explained the upcoming service and warranty information, as well as the inspection results upon completion. Service was completed faster than expected. I appreciated the complimentary car wash.

I thought the service tech was efficient and caring about my vehicle. He informed me that while Rapids Honda promised a one year free tire rotation and oil change - that they lied to me. There is only one service sone for free. Classic rip off!
