When I come to Honda I am so happy to see everyone you’re like a special friends ,and I am glad I got to know you .Thank you for your wonderful work and kindness.Stay safe your friend Thespo H
Matt was excellent! He was very professional and personable and treated me with respect. He was very good and comfortable to work with, also. The service was done in a very timely manner. I’m very happy with the how the whole process took place. Thank you! Chuck Hennen, Morris, Mn.
Matthew Wirig did awesome with my 2014 Ford Taurus again. My battery just didnt seem right even after getting a part fixed about 2 weeks ago. He got a deal with it since it was only 1 yr old and also got me 4 new tires that were needed.
The Rapids Honda team always does a great job. Friendly and thorough, I drive out of my way for their service.
Drew went above and beyond to help me and explain things to me. Very satisfied with my visit.
Shawn was welcoming and communicated everything clearly. I will return if service is needed.
The technical when he was loose the screws of the wheels he broke one of the screws and then told me if you want to fix it must pay 700$ I told him that’s not my fault and I told him to change just change the broken one he told me that’s not possible so I complained for the bad service to manager and then he solved it by changed the broken screw but that took more than 3 hours, that’s very bad experience I won’t never go to this place again actually the worst experience ever
The service advisor was extremely kind and courteous.
The only knock I have is that 5 minutes after leaving the dealership my tire pressure low came on. After pulling over to check I found that the pressure was reading 30 psi on 3/4 tires with the 4th reading 25. As the vehicle had been driven a short bit this doesn't seem like typical cold weather = tire pressure, but the inspection sheet said the tires were inflated to 35. Which implies my tires were either not checked, faulty equipment on the technician's side, or all of my tires simultaneously lost several psi with one losing 10 psi despite having driven which should have caused a higher reading.
I had an apptmnt to drop off my vehicle at 4pm. I dropped off before 4pm and received a message from dealership that I had missed my appointment.
I immediately called and was told that this was a common issue with the internal system that was a mistake.
If this is a common problem, a problem they are aware of, then why hasn’t it been resolved? I was alarmed, being told I had missed my appointment and it was an error. Pls correct this matter.
Ultimately, my vehicle was serviced properly.
Thank you.
Blong was great, very communicative & responsive. The headlight restoration is wonderful!
I came in early for my appt and Shawn worked me right in. Great service
Everything went well as said
We’ve been to honda dealerships when we lived in Tampa and Green Bay. Chad provided the best service…professional and understanding when thr oil change took longer than expected. I’m a pastor who needed to meet with a funeral family. He quickly arranged for a rental (Pilot…we own a ‘24 Pilot) and made sure the other improvements ($2k total) were done right away the next morning. Chad should receive a special cash bonus for his good work…the best we have experienced.
Mikey was nothing but extremely helpful with my issues, I’ve worked with him before and always have a great experience! I wish all the service advisors were like Mikey, super friendly and willing to explain everything about anything! 10/10 would be back because of him!
We can not be sure that the service done has fixed the issue yet because the ambient temperature has not dropped to where the issue arises. So, I can not say the problem has been fixed.
One point of concern is service being done (rotation of tires) without communicating if this has been done (which I did 1,000 miles ago) in accordance of this being done every 5k miles.
It is also strange that service department has not recommended changing the rear differential or transfer case lube (16k on vehicle) when the initial change should be done at 7,500-10;000 miles. I changed both at 10k.
I'd just like communication before things are done and perhaps a printed schedule of maintenance, as an alternative to the maintenance minder which I don't depend on.
As stated, we don't yet know if the fuel injector replacement has solved the issue so I can not say all is good yet.
Appreciate your time,
Sincerely,
Scott W
Satisfied with the service but the communication was lacking...we received a text that our vehicle was done the next morning after we had picked up our vehicle the night before after calling. The vehicle inspection said we asked to have the filters replaced yet we were not asked but did approve it after we called and asked about it.
