Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He communicated throughout the process of getting a windshield for my Prologue and then setting up a time to get it repaired.I will definitely bring my vehicle back as needed.

The people at Rapids Honda are the nicest people you want to deal with. We bought our vehicle from this Company and our quite satisfied. While the service itself was very satisfactory and Shawn Did a good job once I got once he focused on me, I was very disappointed in that I stood a good 5 minutes if not more and the service area waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and say they'd be right with me including Sean. I was standing right in front of him and he was very very busy doing all kinds of paperwork and looking at his computer and after 5 minutes I finally had to say mi in the right place for service and he said Oh I'll be with you shortly. Once he got I got his attention then he was fine. But I was disappointed in Rapids Honda that not one single person in that service area said anything to me until I asked if I was in the right spot.

I love Rapids Honda! Drew was great. I came in with a inoperable windshield wiper. An honest job was completed to indicate a bolt was loose. I was thrilled when Rapids Honda said it was fixed at no charge! Thank you! I am so grateful!
