Michael Estrada did an amazing job helping us with our Honda! We had an urgent need to get new tires right away. We just showed up without an appointment and he took us right in and helped us pick out some tires, let us use a rental car for free and had us all taken care of the very next day. With a discount on the tires and oil change on top of it.He really put forth a great effort to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We couldn't be happier!

I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment but I was told it would be at least an hour and a half before they would get to my car. I made an appointment to avoid the long wait times

I asked for an inspection of my vehicle to see if there were any problems as I am inheriting this truck. I brought it in for a recall. They fixed the recall, but forgot to do the inspection and then I was told they were backed up so they couldn't do it. The service guy was nice to deal with, but I wish Honda would have had time for me.
