The service today was quick and easy and the staff was very nice. However, I think Steph should get in the habit of asking customers if they have a coupon to use. I had one today, but I completely forgot to mention it cause I’ve never used a coupon before at Your location. Besides that everything was great.

Chad was extremely patient with us trying to find financing for such a big job. He answered questions as able and was able to assist once again when the engine light came back on after the pickup.

This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for servicing, and not all of the items have been completed. It’s extremely frustrating when you schedule a recall appointment and they do everything but the recall. This time I was also promised a loaner vehicle and did not receive one until an hour after I arrived. Ever since we purchased this vehicle, this service department has been frustrating to work with and disorganized. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for servicing if I can avoid it.

I was pleased with the maintenance completed on my vehicle. However I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after my vehicle was done to pay for it and get my keys back. Had I not been watching for my vehicle I wouldn’t have known it was done. Seemed like the employees were more concerned about scheduling their own vehicle service appointments than helping the customers that were standing there waiting.
