Very much appreciated the loaner car and how all my questions were answered. There is a very positive atmosphere there which is not found at all dealerships. I would cal it professional.

Did not have the same customer service that I was used to at other Honda service centers in another state. Typically they go over the inspection and talk about what you need- this did not happen. I had mentioned I was having trouble with wiper fluid coming out of- they filled it up but did not check to see if that resolved the problem. It had not.

Oil change shouldn't take 1hour and 30 minutes to do. We all know it only take less than 15 for oil change. No more service from me to rapid honda. Will pass these info for my family member as well.

No, I'm not satisfied with the service. I came in with a problem with my windows and leave in without getting it fixed now the technician said it's normal, but I know it's not window, should not tilt when it goes down, it suppose to go straight down i contacted Luther's Honda, and they said there is a problem with the window and I explained what's going on but I am going in with my other 2025 honda pilot to show you guys there is something wrong

I love Honda rapids the team is so very nice and very well put together no hidden agendas they fix the problem and get the job done and there's no overcharges actually they've quoted me prices and when it's time to pay the fee was always lower I love coming to Honda rapids where the job is always done and I don't have to worry about my vehicle and problems down the line job well done Honda rapid Coon rapids great teamwork. Drew was very great and polite and professional very helpful and professional Drew made sure to explain everything to me that I needed to know Thanks Drew.
