Two things, less than 12000 miles and they are saying I should replace the battery, also said they did a multi point inspection where they did a fluid inspection and top off, windsheild washer fluid is completely empty, so now wondering how well they did the inspection

Matt was very professional. He met me at my vehicle and asked me to wait for him at his work station. Matt reviewed my work request to confirm it was correct. He also told me he would be contacting me if they had any concerns or recommendations. When I picked up my vehicle he was, again, very polite and professional. I would recommend Matt to any of my friends. He made me feel valued and important.

Went and picked up my van and the error message we brought it in for is still there. Left rear door issue. Had to leave the van there for the weekend for it to hopefully be repaired Monday. The person who worked on it had left for the day so no one else was available to look at it.

Overall service was good but they forgot my car wash, which is free for me. I didn’t notice until I was almost home and I don’t live close so it wouldn’t make sense to drive all the way back. I had to make a separate trip and $15 for a car wash myself. I only mention it because in previous visits they’ve forgotten things too, such as removing the Rapids Honda sticker. Maybe they’re small things but it’s been continually happening.

It took close to 2 hours for an oil change. I lost my side hustle appointment and therefore wages. However, the staff were apologetic so I will let it go. Also why does my page say, the service is unpaid when I have receipt for my payment. Alot to work on. You can do it for I love your center. Looking forward to better service next time.
