When I purchased my Honda Ridgeline on 2020 I also Purchased 3 year Oil change service . After completing the three years service I did purchase another 3 years oil change for $651.00 thinking for next three years I will have no payments for oil change but today after only one year and half (1/2) my services will be finished according the Sevice guy So on this case I was very disappointed on misleading purchase.for 651 Dollar. according to the agreement signed the service suppose to go until 2026.

We were sent a link to pay a fee for service. I didn’t think there would be any charge for a recall service. Once I paid I was told it was a mistake and would be refunded. We have a full extended warranty on the vehicle, yet no shuttle service was available to us. Had to pay Uber twice spending $50. We were told it would be 3-4 hours to complete, so we did not want to wait. Then service was much faster. This is normally a good thing, but not after paying an Uber to take you home for the long wait.
