One of the services I came in for was to have them check my screen since I have been having problems. I explained the 2 issues I was having. One of those was the fact that my Bluetooth/hands free wasn’t working, and that it could have been related to my Apple CarPlay being stuck on. When I picked up my car, my Bluetooth/hands free still didn’t work, and Apple CarPlay was still on. So I had to go back in. The guy who checked me out, who was very helpful, ended up facilitating a factory restart, and then it was fine. But for $265 (the cost for looking into my screen and upgrading the software), I would have expected that would have been taken care of before I picked it up.

Excellent service by Matthew. He was friendly, looked me in the eye when talking. So refreshing, for once, to not feel like I’m talking to a robot! I noticed all the service people were very aware of helping the customers efficiently- mindful to not make us wait any longer than necessary. Great job Rapid Honda team!
