Matthew was great to work with and made my experience manageable. He kept me up to date on the issue with my car. He was able to get me a loaner car while my car was getting worked on so I was not left without transportation. He also waited til almost close to get me a loaner and to pickup my car on separate days. It was much appreciated. In addition, he worked on an additional issue with a seatbelt that was worn and had to submit for approval. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Matt was very nice and personable…he said it would take approximately 3 hours and he was right on…I am leasing my car from Rapids Honda and would never go back to the previous dealership…this is my 5th Honda and 4th CR-V…love Honda’s!

Slightly confused at the suggestion to rotate newer tires to the front as Discount Tire confirmed that new tires needed to be on the back. I would like more information about this disparity.

Your service **** and has sense day one. You never go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Coon rapids Honda has done nothing but lied and been discitful since day one. It's all about your bottom line. And I am sure I won't here back from you. Would definitely not recommend you to anyone. Sincerely Richard T
