Just curious why I was notified that I was due for service. Is it based on elapsed time? I don’t run the miles up as fast as the average driver. Shouldn’t zi just wait until I reach the required mileage?

Elmer was great, very attentive and communicative. Brain your “tires specialist” not so much. Lied on my behalf, put unsaid words into my mouth to Elmer and failed to communicate important information. All he did was make a sale and be done with me. Elmer was great, I will request him as my service advisor if I need future visits! As for a Brian, once again, not my favorite.

I had to bring my car back in a 2nd time because the check engine light came on a few days after initial repairs. Payton went above and beyond to make sure additional repairs were completed. Payton did all the right things even checking in with me on his day off! Toyota has an exceptional employee.

Shane was my service rep. He was great. He was professional, friendly and made sure I was well informed about the situation with my vehicle. The check in staff was also really nice. Everyone was happy and treated all the customers like they were family.
