The service team at Roseville Toyota is the best there is bar none!!!! Met the service manager Cole by chance he asked me how was my experience with his department for him to just randomly askpeople how they are doing was awesome!!! What a great guy!!! And what a great staff thank you Roseville Toyota!!!!

Service person that log me in was very unprofessional (Payton Agrimonyi)!! I have my car derive with Roseville Toyota for the last 12-15 years & this is the first time I had a bad experience with service person.. my recommendation is to send Payton to a training class so he can learn how he can communicate with client.. thanks Jay D

Gabriel performed great customer service. Your other staff did too. However, a few of your staff did not put on masks when approaching me and went into my personal space. Additionally, not all your chairs are distanced and an unmasked woman (and her unmasked partner) sat on the other side of a coffee table from me and frequently coughed as she talked to her partner. Management can do better to protect staff by insisting or handing out masks and spacing out seating so there is distance between customers.
