I have a problem having to buy a new battery when my car is 3 1/2 years old and only have 22,000 miles on it. At $364. With no proration. I have called Toyota Care and they will get back to me tomorrow.

I didn’t have an appointment and they called me right up and started working with me on the screw in my tire. They assessed it and got it repaired right away as it was repairable and didn’t need a new tire. It saved me a lot of stress worrying about having to wait another day with a flat tire. They even brought my tire to my truck and loaded it after the repair. Great experience and service!
