After I got home my boyfriend check all my fluids and the washer fluid was completely empty. They did not check my air filters which were check off as good and they are very dirty. The brake fluid was also below the minimum line. I have trusted my truck here and now I’m very disappointed with the service I received on Monday. I called and left a message with someone who said they would have Samuel Vega call me back but they did not. I am now quite concerned of anything was even done to my truck.

Very disappointed to find out that our maintenance services have been below par. Service Techs didn't even bother to clean the battery terminals on the previous services which caused major corrosion which caused the battery light to come on inside on a 2020 vehicle that we ended up cleaning up ourselves. The same thing happened on this last service. When we popped the hood we found that the Tech even left his tools in the engine. We had to show the tech how to clean the terminals. Makes us wonder what other shortcuts did the techs take during the past services. We trusted Roseville Toyota Service Department to provide quality service. Now moving forward, we will need to pop the hood before we leave the Service Department to inspect and ensure that the techs did actually complete the tasks based on the maintenance services.

Frustrating when technicians turn off headlights. Just had my tires checked. No reason to turn them off. We get used to them being on auto and this can cause problems when driving without realizing they've been turned off.

They were wonderful!!!! But could no figure out why it’s no downloading so they still are trying to fix it. But Kyle and the service guy who was working on my car or doing more research to try to figure out how to fix it. And I understand technology can be a bit hard when it comes to diagnosing problems and fixing them.
