Service Representative was not answering texts or calls.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They had already documented the front brakes as a problem on a previous v is it and gave me an official quote before any work was done and that’s what it cost. No surprises! They also estimated it would take 2 hours and it took about 1hour and 50 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Thank you.
Michael provided a level of service to which all of us should aspire. And he was extremely gracious in letting me know that if I ever needed assistance with my RAV4 he would be happy to provide it. I deeply appreciate having someone at the dealership that has gone out of his way to make a personal connection and I intend to rely on this connection in the future.

The person who scheduled my service told me I didn’t need an appointment which was not true. The service itself was handled with professionalism.
I had to drive back and come back because the filter in the driver seat fell out and I could not close the compartment.
Also, something that was offered in my previous visit it was not available to do it this time. It seems service advisor all manage different information. Car was service was not available 6 months ago and it was not available either this time.
There it no bottle water available for customers what seems to be available in any other dealerships.
I'm happy with the service you provide.
