Kyle is always very thorough with my service and the notes. He informs me of deals Toyota offers and makes sure to give me all of the information I want and need. I will continue coming to see him every single time I get service.
The employees were friendly and responsive but I didn’t feel safe from covid standpoint. There were many unmasked individuals some with masks around their necks (aka masks pulled down all the way) . Hard to interpret what was going on there. Had to wait too long for comfort indoors around numerous unmasked individuals.
I plan on limiting service trips.
