I would recommend that Management figures out a way to go paperless. I signed 6 different pages for a simple oil change and there were at least 12 pages printed put.

Kyle and my service was excellent, he was so patient and very nice. however the valet lady was extremely rude to me both when she took my car and returned it. She was busy on her walkie saying she needed help and didn’t even make eye contact or talk to me or say thank you. If she is in that bad of a mood she needs to stay home because I would consider taking my business elsewhere if that’s how I am going to be treated by the valet.
Omid is a good employee. Positive and friendly. As a business owner I know that PR goes a long way in sales and marketing. If you want to keep omid around you should help him live comfortable. Meaning a raise or a bonus. Thanks for reading.
