Everyone was so nice. I appreciate the cafe and the nice waiting room.
I am unhappy of the work they did. They drain the oil all over the metal pieces under the car, burn oil and smoke smell in my 2021 new land cruiser, oil all over the pieces and I have a photo for that. They didn’t reset the service change oil on the dashboard
Corey Lunsford and Josh the mechanic who specializes in 95-04 Tacomas are the only reasons I continue to pay high dealer repair prices. It is for the customer service and high quality care. You can’t get that at Jiffy Lube or Costco. Roseville Toyota is #1! But it is because of Corey, Josh, and Nadia in Rentals. The staff make the business not managers!
It was a simple oil change and ended up costing me two days of my time.
There was no sense of urgency and other than a rental car… there was no compensation for all of my lost time

Mr. Kyle can rub me wrong. And to do this at 8:30am on a Saturday. Truly Upset me. And if I have to return back to your dealership for a problem I told him I was having. Will be a big problem!......
Then to tell me. That another problem I'm having with the car will not be able to be fix. And then tell me.... it will cost me 160.00. In the sentence..... No doesn't work for me. I have No desire to speak to this representative in the future.....

They misunderstood the cruise control situation.
Chris Martinez was great in ensuring that the correct part was in stock before I left. I wish the person who made the appointment had checked to make sure the part was in stock. I would have been mad had I driven out there twice for no reason.
