Cory was receptive to my concerns ($) about replacing both front tires, not just the one that blew. He involved the tire specialist so I could make an intelligent, safety conscious decision and made sure they put the tire with 6/32 tread into my trunk as a spare.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I had with Gabriel. He was incredibly attentive with all of my needs. I especially appreciate the way he handled the situation with the rodent infestation in my car, took pictures and called me to inform me. I am also impressed with how they cleaned the engine and did a great job with the overall service. The experience overall of the Toyota service team would have been perfect if not for the way I was treated coming back to pick up my car. When I arrived, Gabriel had stepped out of his cubicle so I was looking around trying to see if I should go into another cubicle/office to get help. The one next to him had two associates, one of them was helping an individual, the other was facing the other direction and didn’t have a customer but he kept turning his back and looking at me. I stood out there not knowing where to go and though I should approach him but he didn’t even bother to direct me on where to go. I waited a few minutes until I decided to approach an associate wearing a red jacket. He went to look fir Gabriel and found him. I was really annoyed on how the guy behind the cubicle was just looking at me and didn’t bother getting up to help me.

It was just a simple oil change so everything went fine. The only thing I didn't like was that they adjusted my seat, but it it's not a big deal.
