Cory was very helpful and professional. He explained in detail what was done to locate the cause of my battery failure. Nothing was found that caused my new battery to go dead. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that in won't happen again.

As always! You guys never disappoint! Austin was very pleasant in handling my un scheduled maintenance and was able to give me a rough but precise estimate of the possible work by checking my maintenance history and recommended work to he performed, it brought me great relief when she gave me the assessment. This I can tell is professionally handled compared to the other dealership I visited in the morning that gave me an assessment of "You can leave your vehicle here over night and probably get it done first thing in the morning" without really checking what's needed done, I assume they are fully booked since I waited an hour before talking to an advisor....so I left and went ahead to ROSEVILLE TOYOTA who always take me any day :) also shout out to the guy in the check in lane, I forgot to get his name but he is an awesome older gentleman who assured me "no worries, we can take you here" even though I initially told him I don't have an appointment and I asked him is your schedule Heavy, he just smiled and said, we got lots of people here! Thank you once more!

Cory was very professional and kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. The technician kept on with the difficult job until he was able to bring it to a satisfactory completion.
