Not everything should need to be explained to everyone when something is already pre arranged the customer service representative shouldn't make comments about certain things. They should respect what a manager has already allowed to be set in place

Omid was very nice and professional. I was unhappy with the length of time it took to fix a tire which kept losing air pressure. I had an appt at 1:00 to get the tire fixed. At 2:15, I asked how long could it possibly take to fix the tire. I was told that a nail was in the tire and it would be another hour. I think it is unacceptable to wait 2 hours to take a nail out of a tire and repair the tire. Not happy at all. This Toyota is our 3rd Highlander from John L. Sullivan and the worst service we have ever had.

Mr. Lindsey did an excellent job when I brought my vehicle for service even if it was unscheduled. He saw to it that my vehicle's needs were attended to accordingly and in a fast and very efficient way. An employee of his kind is rare to find these days.
