Over a year ago I went to your dealership for the first time and service provider was awful. I ended up giving a negative review which was followed up by an apology by her via phone call but damaged of first impression was done. I dreaded the need to coming here again so I have gone elsewhere for my car services. However today I decided to give it another chance and Michael not only was extremely friendly and professional, but he told me where I could work while I waited and even mentioned a free small drink at a cafe which I didn’t even know existed. Again the Prior negative visit I had received zero customer service. So thank you Michael for going extra mile, making me feel welcomed , being professional and helpful from beginning to end. I can’t believe I can say this but I was so comfortable working at your dealership that I didn’t even realize it was over an hour and half later. Will return!!!

I specifically requested Michael because I feel he is transparent and explains my cars evaluation. For example, the tread on my tires, and what that means. I appreciate knowing how to interpret where my car stands.

Steve and the technician, I believe his name is Tim, were great! Both did their best to find the problem and even when they couldn’t I was still satisfied. Steve then didn’t charge me for the inspection. I couldn’t be happier for not finding the problem.

Cory went the extra mile to solve our crisis. I am sorry for the last minute request , but Cory came through. Our battery died about 4 PM and it was 5:30 before we could get our Highlander to the shop. Cory was able to install the new battery and have us on the road in about 30 minutes. Thant you Cory and your team for excellent service, Don and Cindy

Entire staff was pleasant and helpful at my visit. I will only use Roseville Toyota to service my car, based on my experience at other area Toyota dealers. I appreciate that all employees are observing COVID precautions. Knowing that excellent service would be available for the life of my car influenced my purchase of another Toyota car.
