Service inspection check list stated cabin filter needed attention but, ironically it wasn’t replaced. So technically no attention was given to it.

Steve, Conor and John are top notch service people. I’ve been taking my 4Runner to Roseville Toyota for the last 6 years and I have never been disappointed. This time my truck had spun on me a bit during the rain. They did everything they could to find the issue and kept me apprised of tests and reenactment of the loss of traction. I feel safer knowing that my guys are looking out for me and doing their level best to problem solve the issue. Plus the cost was far less than I anticipated. My business is yours as long as I own my Toyota, which might be forever because I love my truck.

Only place I've ever taken my car.
We took the car in for 2 issues and they resolved one after a week (they needed to order the part).
We picked up the car and quickly realized they never fixed problem #2 so we turned around and dropped it back off with them.
It seems to be a transmission issue on a 2 year old RAV4 with 14k miles. The sport mode will not engage.
I really hope they’re able to solve the problem this time because it is vital that the sport mode works on my car that’s 2 years old.
