Michael answered all my questions and was professional as well as friendly. He was very conscience in his efforts to take care of all of my concerns while at the same time was fielding incoming calls from other customers because the call center was down. He was amazingly efficient!

Service people were a 10 but didn’t like all the services added to My oil change. I know 2 of them the car recommended but about 6-8 more were put on the list without asking me 1st. Yes he went over them one by one. I think they should have been suggested not just added on. An additional $500-600.

Paul is great! I was super bummed that a got a hole drilled in my gas tank on christmas eve on my truck that is barley 6 months old. I first called folsom Toyota were i bought the truck and they said all fuel tanks were on back order and they didnt know when they would get any in. I then called roseville and paul said he could get one and thought it might be a week or so. I brought my truck in Monday and paul got the tank over nighted and my truck was ready by Wednesday. Also my insurance only approved a cheaper after market tank but paul was able to get a price match for a genuine toyota factory tank. This started out as a super lame situation but paul ended up making it a great experience and i ended up really stoked! Thank you so much!

Austin was great. But I got home I checked my fluid levels and my power steering fluid was way under the minimum level and my level on my coolant was low too. Didn’t look like it was checked even though it was noted on my ticket.
