Kyle was good as always. Looms like someone went through the glovebox. Not sure is they were looking at the manual or rooting around for something else.

Only complaint is I asked when I made the appointment and when I spoke to the advisor I wanted actual brake and tire measurements. I still only received a multipoint with green and yellow boxes which means nothing to me. Please remember next time if someone asks specifically for something that it should be followed through.
My car was damaged. Specifically my front window was cracked. It wasn’t like that when I dropped it. You damaged it and refused to take any accountability. I’m nightly disappointed and will never visit your dealership for service again. You have damaged my vehicle, refused to resolve the issue, and have now permanently lost a customer. Totally acceptable. I will tell everyone I know how terrible you have handled this.

I called in for a slow leak in my tire due to a piece of metal and Elmer got me in right away and took care of it. He did amazing and they took care of it quickly. Thank you Elmer!
