I am satisfied with the service I received to my car. I do have a complaint regarding the check-in and pick-up process. I understand that employee’s do not need to wear a mask outside, however employees who are not wearing a mask outside should maintain a safe distance when checking customer’s in for service (ie: not standing in my window). Also, California does currently have an indoor mask mandate, so the employee that checks you in should be required to put on a mask when they walk customers into the building to meet with their service manager. Finally, and the most concerning to me, the valet who returned my car to me (the same who checked me in) should have worn a mask in my car when they returned it to me. As an essential worker, I am taking extra care to protect myself and my family during the omicron variant and I didn’t feel all of Roseville Toyota’s employees were respectful of this.

Cory was very kind, helpful, and offered to help me with any questions I had. Cory offered me a lyft ride home when the service took longer than expected. He made sure I was taken care of as a customer and overall please with the customer service.
