Car was vibrating pretty bad when picked up. I brought to Connor’s attention, he took car back for inspection, fixed the vibration and explained the cause. His words ‘yeah it’s pretty bad’, ‘not letting you drive like this’. Thank you for taking the extra time to address my concern!

I asked Paul if my fluid levels and tire pressure would be checked. My receipt doesn’t indicate that was completed. That was important because I might have a slow leak in one of my tires; to verify I need/don’t need a wheel balance. Paul himself did well.

Service was fine, Alex did a nice job overall. The team that came to our car when we pulled into the drive thru must’ve been having a tough day. No greeting, just asked us to leave the keys in the car once we announced we had an appointment, then she walked us in to Alex. Times are tough and Roseville Toyota has always treated us amazing, that’s why I have purchased 6 cars with your team. Service is usually spot on, buy the Valet Team some coffee and let them know they’re the frontline of your service team. You have a great team overall
