Upon arrival from the dealer we noticed that the vehicle had a small scratch in the hood area. What happened? This obviously was not the fault of young woman who tended to us but it was or must had been damaged by someone else who handled the vehicle

Extremely long wait times for routine maintenance for both vehicles in the same day. Was not notified my car was done. Higher prices then last year and bad wait time. Expected great quick service like I've had for over 15-16 years. Real same the service is getting worse not better
