The car was brought in for a full service oil change and all they did was rotate the tires and check the fluids and a small maintenance checklist no oil change it was disappointing the service associate was fine it’s just that the service was not completed in full to what I was expecting

I was clear in asking for a tire rotation. I don't see that I got one at all. It's not a line item on the invoice, but it was in the initial request. I'm a longtime customer spanning over 33+ years.
Took our vehicle without an appointment for a battery. Samuel applied a coupon on line which lowered the cost which is great as I am on a fixed income. Will always refer and recommend Roseville Toyota
Very disappointed that you would not do a wheel balance on rotating the tires… Every reputable tire shop in Taylor that I know of does that. Now I will still have to pay someone else to do the balancing. You could have done better
