This is the first time I have had Shane be my service advisor.He was very professional and listened to my concerns, very much appreciated
I brought in my car for a repair and would have to wait 2 days for a part and the repair was expensive. So I ended up paying 175 for them to tell me how expensive the repair would be. the condition of my vehicle was different when I left than when I brought it in. Not for the better. The explanation was “they must have hit a bump when driving it into the repair dock. Went to another repair shop and the repair was less than 1/2 the cost. And the part was available locally.

The service advisor I had was excellent. I think there needs to be more supervision on Sundays. There were three employees talking about someone getting drunk while I was at the service desk. Not professional. The service took almost two hours instead of one hour. I had a 7:30 am appointment and was on time. Once again, the service advisor that took care of me was professional and excellent.
My car was serviced in the predicted time. The dealership is clean, attractive, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The free Peet’s coffee is a plus and I even found a birthday present for a friend.
I give the service department a 7 out of 10 my previous service Rep before Samuel was not accurate regarding the performance of my 2013 Fj & had I gone through with removal of a after market harness it could of cost me nearly 300$ of which I couldn’t afford.

Only question is that the rear brake pads were not changed at the same time of the front pads
After 45000 miles. Maybe the rear hardly wear.
