I had a positive experience with Paul and coworkers. They helped me to understand hybrid battery and how it recharges, what activities to avoid to extend battery life. Used shuttle service for first time and that was helpful. Only issues were that power windows and clock were not reset but he explained how to reset windows.

Chris Martinez is a great service advisor. Oil pan was damaged last go around service. He ordered a new oil pan. It will be installed once it has arrived.
