Excellent customer service experience with Shane , my only comment would be the cost of servicing my Tundra is a little too expensive, it used to a little bit more affordable, maybe to offset the cost would be a free rental car or some kind of customer loyalty program that would be redeemable for oil changes and other vehicle maintenance services . I am loyal Toyota owner so that should count towards more affordable prices.

My service advisor was great - no issues. He was very helpful. But just a minor suggestion: when I came to pick up, everyone had gone to lunch at the same time so there was no one available to help. One poor guy (who was great) was trying to service everyone at once. I would suggest staggering breaks. Also, I wanted to get a free brake inspection but that was not covered. I would suggest doing free brake inspections as it is a revenue opportunity if brakes are needed. I will now do it myself, but it it needs brakes I may go somewhere else. But the professionalism of everyone was great.

When I called to make an appointment to get the two recalls taken care of, I was told that you had all the necessary parts to do the repair. However, it turned out that you didn’t not have all the parts and now I need to make a second trip to get the repairs done! Also, the service manager was direct, abrupt and not friendly as I was trying to explain to him issues related to the car.

I’m always pleased with the service I received at Roseville Toyota. I’ve been a customer for 21 years. I never take my Avalon any other place. My service manager Chris Martinez explains in detail what is needed. I feel confident I’m being serviced properly.
