After we purchase the car we were left waiting for the detailing to be done. We were there till almost 9:00 p.m. after arriving at 1:00 p.m. (there was a backup on the detailing service.) It was a hot day and smoky in the air. The car never did get detailed. It was dark out and so we didn't know how to work all the bills and whistles in the new car, so someone finally had to drive us home to get the pink slip for the car we traded in and to make sure that we got home safely. The reason for that was that we didn't really know how to operate the new car that we had just bought it was very good at them to take care of us in that sense, but very difficult for us that day because we hadn't had lunch or dinner. We were just there to bring our old car in for servicing then we were going to go to lunch. A salesman got a hold of us and talkes us into a trade-in. Another problem is we were not given the second set of keys that goes to our recently purchased car. The jury is still out on that one. We know that the dealership has the second set of keys because the sales person brought them out and put them on the table in front of us. Then he decided he couldn't give them to us at that moment and took them back. It was sort of a right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing situation. We went back the next day and got the car detailed. It took 4 hours.
