Molly (my advisor) was great and super helpful. However the other advisors were the exact opposite. I had an appointment at 7:30, had no idea where to go so I parked and went into the building. All the employees were with customers so I waited. One gentleman got done with his customer, I waited a second for him to finish up, and then he got on his phone. I continued to wait and figured he’d say something since he SEEN me walk in and wait in line. But nope, stayed on his phone until I went up and said I have an appointment and he said “well did you pull your car in and talk to your advisor” very rudely. Obviously not. This was my first time getting service at Toyota as I just got the car a few months ago in Elk Grove, so a little more help figuring out where to go would’ve been nice. Once I did get to my advisor, I was told my appointment was for my 15k service, but I actually called and scheduled it for my brakes to be checked, as they were having issues. This was also a $90 fee I wasn’t informed of. I just did the 15k service to have the car all checked, which included the brakes. Molly was great with helping me with this.
