Great service

Great service, they go the extra mile.

We made an appt today for 2:40 pm with Jason. We found out after we got to the Service Ctr that Jason is on vacation. His partner was very busy so we went to Kyle with our initial paper. We were then told it would take 2-3 hours to fix the 1 tire. After 1 hr, we went to check to see the status. Derek, Jason’s partner was not there so we went back to Kyle. We were directed to go to Derek. Finally able to speak to Derek who said it hadn’t been looked at. We were also because it’s the weekend we would have to pay for a new tire if it couldn’t be patched, We have an extended tire plan which means we should be getting a new tire. (They can’t consult the warranty office on the weekend??) After 2 1/2 hrs we were told our tire was patched. Having working in a service station, I know that it doesn’t take 2 1/2 hrs to put a car on the rack and patch it. We would recommend telling customers to come at a later time rather than wait unnecessarily. We truly understand the need for waiting for a full service appointment. Hopefully you’ll listen and respond to this recommendation so others do not have to wait. Also not sure your staff are following the tire warranty as provided to customers. Was not happy with my advisor told me doing rotor and brake pad change find out after I paid he just clean the rotor and put new break pads I do not know why he told me changing rotor and break pads and total $709.00 seems to me he change me over when he just clean rotor and put new pad I m not happy with service
