Super quick check in for my appointment, he noted all my concerns about issues with the vehicle and I was called within almost an hour once there was a diagnosis. Very happy with the service!

Very disappointed when your staff greeted me, drove my car to be serviced and then returning it to me, all while not wearing a mask, or disinfecting it prior to my return. Your indoor staff was poorly masked as well. About 50% unmasked. CA is currently under a mandatory mask mandate, shame on your dealership for not honoring that for your customers!

Everything was great except for one thing. When I went to the valet station to collect my car the employee who was handed the key to my vehicle was in the middle of a converwith coworkers. They finished their conversation before going to retrieve my vehicle.

My advisor was the best and the car was done super quick. The only thing I find annoying at this dealer is even though you are waiting inside for your vehicle service to be done, the salesmen approach you and try to persuade you for sales.

I got about 10 miles away when I realized the maintenance light was on. I returned and it got reset, which should have been done by the technician. So I wasted gas and more than a half hour due to the oversight.
