I was charged by the rental car company when I was told it was completely free from Toyota. I also had to wait one hour and 15 minutes to get my car rental, which is a ridiculous amount of time. They also did not tell me to have my insurance information available. I did not have a good experience.

The people were very nice, but I am disappointed that this went out in our car with only 50k miles. The fact that corporate did not cover this under the power train warranty is extremely upsetting. Even a discount on the service would have been appreciated, but nothing. We will think long and hard before purchasing another Toyota.
