I never met the advisor, we did a early bird drop off. Then we came in later to pick it up. Upon arriving the a valet staff were goofing around in the area on the other side of the service lanes and the desk wasn’t very helpful. A young lady that was in the lane area came over to help. We went inside the door and I looked to the right and saw approximately 6-7 people watching the tv, I’m guessing the football game. The women who came out of that office was not very nice to the woman that was helping me. I will not be coming back, and not recommending your service department. Jeff
Amazing and prompt service
Paul was very professional, he had the techs look into the error codes for why my EBS light was coming on. They were unable to find the cause, but he said to bring it in while the light was on and then they could fix it. This is satisfactory as intermittent issues are hard to fix. I am completely satisfied! Thanks!

Serviced was polite and efficient. I was kept posted on filter change and recommendation of tire change. It was comfortable waiting at the waiting area. Service at this Toyota location has been satisfactory to me.
Kyle was very professional and made sure that my truck was back to full operation. It took a little longer due to having to order the correct tire for my truck. However, I am glad that I waited for the new tire. Thank you

I ordered and prepaid a window shade part a month ago only to be notified during service today that the part inside the box did not match what was needed to complete the replacement. I understand that part mixups happen. What was not satisfactory was the lack of compensation for my lost time. Mistakes happen but there could be some sort of discount or other offer to “make it right”. Apologies are a given. Future service from my end is another matter. -Nicolas Bruque
