Derek was professional and friendly. He listened and understood my concerns. He resolved a scheduling issue and was able to get my car in for service. When I picked up my car, he got me to the cashier so I didn’t have to wait while he assisted another customer. Thank you, Derek!
There were some things that were found that were not disclosed to me until the car was done and ready to return. If known I would have liked to have had them addressed while I was there.

Brakes and tires weren’t marked right on form after visit. Customer service was great but I do question the dependability and integrity of the actual servicing for vehicles.

During my last oil change the oil fill cap was left off. Oil mist went everywhere inside the engine bay and underneath the hood. Sam said he would have my wifes vehicle taken care of. I picked up the Sequoia today and there is still oil residue quite a few places in plain sight like it was wiped down in a hurry. My wife feels like bringing our Sequoia back in was an inconvenience to Toyota.

Pointed out flaw in the paint pointed it out to Alexander, who said he would have detail people look at it. There was no mention of this when we got the car back. The rest of what was done, was all good, but you wanted to know.
Kyle was very efficient and also loaned me his charging block so I could wait for my car and use my phone!! Made all the difference
