I was told yesterday that my car didn’t need oil change except only every 10,000 miles… but I have records because I have always taken my car to you guys for service and was always satisfied…. But yesterday I only received a tire rotation and fluid check… I question the guy but he said no only every 10,000 miles which was a lie. I am extremely disappointed

Michael was very friendly and helpful. Much better than the guy I was assigned the last couple of times. The previous person did his job and helped me out but was pretty condescending at times and acted like he was doing me a favor. Michael seemed much more genuine and came across as if he liked his job. Next level service from Michael and I really appreciated it.

Michael’s Customer Service was good. However, to wait for 2 hours to determine a new battery is required (when it was already determined one was needed) is a bit extreme! Wait time needs to be improved!!
