Mr. North provided correct information that the service advisor I spoke with on the previous Friday failed to provide. The service advisor on Friday quoted me $120.00 to change the oil and oil filter on my car.

Kudos to Tire Specialists Brian and Daniel — I talked to both on the phone because I had no idea what tires to buy for my 2017 Rav4 Hybrid Limited. They provided a wealth of information in a clear, courteous manner. Initially I was quite nervous not knowing what type of tires to purchase (so many choices ????), but after talking to them I felt very comfortable going with their recommendation to purchase 4 tires. I caught a great sale too — Brian, thanks for telling me about the upcoming sale that would start Oct 1st when we first spoke on the phone 3 weeks ago. I love the customer service your entire team provides — a hearty thank you!

My filter says its dirty and is marked as red but they stated they would change it next time I come for an oil change, which doesn't make sense because it's a filter so it's filtering out bad air. Additionally, we asked for them to check the headlight because they were foggy inside and when we asked what the outcome of it was the representative said , oh yeah since the seal isn't broken then there's nothing we can do but if you want to bring it in another time it will be $85.00. I asked about warranty I purchased when I bought the car and the answer was well if the warranty will cover it then it will, if not you will need to be 85$. this was very displeasing since I have referred atleast 5 family members to purchase cars and warranty saying Toyota was the best buy yet, the service department was unhelpful.
While my issue was not resolved (pending Toyota review) Mike Webster was very helpful. He said he will call me after Toyota gets back to him within the next 10 days.
Truck serviced in a timely matter.
I was told my truck's dash was reset. But it was already 6pm (Saturday), when I picked it up so too late to bring it up. Basically the traction control light and engine light was still on. But other then that Jason did a great job contacting me and updating me.
It would be great to have our cars washed again!
