My service took over 2 hours for just a tire rotation, and I had to ask if my car was done, which I got a reply that it was done, so who knows how long I sat there waiting for no reason. I have a nail in my tire, which was done 10 lbs in pressure compared to the others and the light was on, but was not noted anywhere on my sheet. I will be taking my car elsewhere next time

I was turned away first with being told the system wasn't reset after its service. Then the service engine warning came back on. I came back to have it properly diagnosed and it took longer than I was told it would. I know it's hard to estimate a time when your not the mechanic but it's doesn't that that long to pull codes from a vehicle and look it up.
