As always, I had a great experience at Roseville Toyota’s service department. Chris was excellent in explaining the process of diagnosing the check engine code. It made me feel good about the money I was spending. Expectations were clearly set and achieved. In and out in one day. Called to schedule appointment at 4:00 one day and had an appointment the following morning. Again I can’t say enough about my experience with Roseville Toyota’s service department. Highly recommend them.

Thanks for your interest in my experience. While I was meandering around the dealership, I was intercepted by new car salespersons who kept pressuring me about a new car sale. While I appreciate all of the new cat attributes, I was only in the dealership for routine maintenance. Thanks for recognizing my service needs; but, I don’t appreciate being pressured to purchase a new vehicle when I have a perfectly acceptable vehicle.
Chris is awesome and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated well and let me know by text that my car was ready. He was highly recommended by a relative of mine that had his car serviced there, and I wasn’t disappointed, He met and exceeded my expectations.
